How to Connect Your Pinterest Account to AutoPost

With AutoPost, you can easily connect your Pinterest account and start sharing content automatically. Follow this detailed step-by-step guide to link your Pinterest account and make your first post.

Step 1: Log in to Your AutoPost Account

Open your browser and go to the AutoPost login page here.
Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.
Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your Dashboard, where you can manage all your connected platforms and scheduled posts.

Step 2: Go to the “Connect Accounts” Section

On the left-hand side menu, find and click Connect Accounts.
This page displays all the platforms you can connect to AutoPost (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and X/Twitter).

Step 3: Choose Pinterest

You can connect Pinterest in one of two ways:

Option 1: From the main “Connect Accounts” page, find the Pinterest icon
Option 2: Click + Connect Account at the top of the page, then select Pinterest from the list of available platforms.

This will open a new connection window where you can begin the linking process.

Step 4: Review Connection Permissions

After selecting Pinterest, you’ll see a permissions page showing what data AutoPost needs access to.
To proceed:

Carefully read the permissions and privacy details.
Click I Understand and Agree to Continue to move forward.

Step 5: Log in into your Pinterest account

You’ll now be redirected to an official Pinterest login page

Type your email and password.
Click Sign in to grant AutoPost permission to connect.

Step 6: Authorize AutoPost to Access Pinterest

You’ll now be redirected to an authorization page.

Log in to your Pinterest account if prompted.
Click Give access to grant AutoPost permission to connect.

This step allows AutoPost to publish posts to your Pinterest account safely and securely.

Step 7: Confirm Successful Connection

Once the authorization is complete, you’ll be redirected back to your Autopost Dashboard.
You should now see your Pinterest account listed under Connected Accounts.
