By accessing or using AutoPost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AutoPost. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

• You may use AutoPost only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to use the service to post or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of all third-party platforms you connect to AutoPost (e.g., Meta, Twitter/X, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Pinterest, TikTok).

5. Platform Integrations

AutoPost enables you to connect and post to various social media platforms. You authorize us to access and interact with these platforms on your behalf using secure access tokens. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each connected platform.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Some features of AutoPost may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time, with notice to you.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your posts and data are retained as long as your account is active.
• If you delete your account, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• If your subscription ends, we may retain your data for up to 3 months in case you wish to reactivate your account. After this period, all your data will be deleted.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on AutoPost (excluding your own content) are owned by AutoPost or its licensors.
• You retain ownership of the content you create and post using AutoPost, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful way.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoPost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoPost and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of AutoPost after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
