AutoPost is a global social media automation platform that enables users to manage and automate posts across multiple social media platforms worldwide, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Twitter/X, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and, in the future, Discord and Telegram. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your data at all times and comply with international data protection standards including GDPR, CCPA, and platform-specific requirements.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and other basic information required to create your account.
• Social Platform Data and Tokens: We collect and store access tokens, refresh tokens, and basic profile information necessary to connect your social media accounts (Meta/Facebook/Instagram/Threads, Twitter/X, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit). These tokens are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and are only used to perform actions you explicitly authorize. We access only the minimum permissions required for posting content and retrieving analytics on your behalf.
• Content Data: We store the posts, media, and scheduling information you create or upload through AutoPost.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our platform, such as login times, actions performed, and device/browser information, to improve our services.
• Communication Data: If you contact us, we may keep records of your correspondence.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the AutoPost platform and its features.
• To connect and post content to your linked social media accounts on your behalf.
• To personalize your experience, including improving our AI chatbot using only your own data (never mixing with other users' data or using it for advertising, profiling, or eligibility decisions).
• To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
• To analyze usage and improve our services and security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• We retain your posts and data for as long as your account is active. Access tokens are retained only while your account remains active or until you disconnect a platform.
• If you delete your account, all your posts and data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
• If your subscription ends, we will retain your data for up to 3 months in case you wish to reactivate your account. After this period, all your data will be deleted.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time through your account settings dashboard by disconnecting individual platforms or deleting your account entirely. You may also contact us at contact@autopost.gg for assistance with data deletion requests.

• All access tokens and sensitive information are stored using strong encryption and industry best practices.
• We regularly audit our systems for vulnerabilities and update our security protocols.
• Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and only for the purposes described in this policy.

7. Prohibited Uses and Compliance

To ensure compliance with platform policies and protect user privacy, we commit to the following:

• No User Profiling: We do not build user profiles for advertising, targeting, or any commercial purposes beyond your direct content management needs.
• No Data Selling: We never sell, trade, or monetize your social media data, tokens, or personal information.
• No Eligibility Decisions: We do not use your data for decisions related to housing, employment, credit, healthcare, or any other eligibility determinations.
• No Cross-Platform Data Mixing: Your data from each platform is kept separate and used only for the specific services you authorize for that platform.
• Compliance with Platform Terms: We strictly adhere to all developer terms and policies of Meta, Twitter/X, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and other integrated platforms.

8. AI Chat Bot and Data Usage

• We use your data to improve your personalized AI chat bot experience.
• Your data is never mixed with or shared with other users.
• Only you can decide if your data is used for training or improving your AI chat bot.
• We do not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

9. Sharing and Disclosure

• We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.
• We may share information only when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
• We may use third-party service providers to help operate our platform (such as cloud storage, analytics, or security services), but they are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and secure. Third-party service providers that assist with social media platform data (including Meta Platform Data) are contractually bound to use such data solely on our behalf and in compliance with respective platform developer terms and policies.

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your country. We ensure that any such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your data remains protected.

11. Children's Privacy

AutoPost is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
